One Piece Pop-up Shop: the giant immersive boutique with café and exhibition opens in Paris

Attention fans of One Piece, the world's most widely read manga. To celebrate its 25th anniversary and some 1120 episodes, we've got a nice surprise in store: the opening of the One Piece Pop-up Shop in Paris.

From October 19 to November 3, 2024, you'll need to head to 101 rue Réaumur in the 2nd arrondissement to discover this two-storey, 475m² boutique. The One Piece pop-up shop offers total immersion in the world of Luffy and his crew. Inspired by the futuristic décor of Egghead Island, the space offers the chance to discover never-before-seen merchandise, with over 400 items, including some direct from Mugiwara stores in Japan. A real collector's delight!

In partnership with Toei Animation Europe, Animation Digital Network (ADN), Bandai France and Ultra Pop, this boutique promises a unique experience. Bandai fans will be able to find key items such as Banpresto figurines, Bandai Hobby models and the famous Gashapon capsule toys. For collectors, Funko, Abysse, Panini and many other items will also be available.

But that's not all. There's also a café area offering themed drinks. You can treat yourself to personalized drinks and a range of sweets from Luffy Choco punch to Nami's Lingots and Chopper's sweets.

It's also an opportunity to discover an exhibition of original plates from the manga, in collaboration with Glénat, highlighting the most memorable moments of the work. Between the manga plates on one side and the anime plates on the other, you'll be able to see some fine pencil strokes.

On the first floor, you can choose your favorite dragon fruit, melt over the bubble tea dispensers and other stamped delicacies. An interactive screen lets you zoom in on hundreds of episodes from the saga. Last but not least, a lottery counter with tickets priced at €15 lets you win One Piece products ranging from banners to figurines.

And for those wishing to take home an unforgettable souvenir, a free photo booth in One Piece colors is also available, adding a fun, interactive touch to the experience.

In the basement, an enclosed room lets 6 players try their hand at the One Piece card game, available exclusively in French in the store.

The boutique doesn't just sell merchandise: new events will be held regularly, and a detailed program can be found on the official website. For fans of maritime adventures and hidden treasures, this is an event not to be missed, just a 2-minute walk from the Sentier metro station.

Note that access to the boutique is by reservation. This ensures your entry, but a second line will allow passers-by to enter anyway, in a less assured way.
