While 31 countries will have to pass the dreaded semi-finals, 6 countries have already qualified for theEurovision Grand Final, scheduled for Saturday May 17, 2025 in Basel , Switzerland.

As in previous years, the members of the"Big 5"- the five main financial contributors to the EBU (European Broadcasting Union), i.e. Germany, Spain, Italy, France and the UK - automatically qualify. Each year, the host country also goes straight through to the final. For this 69th edition ofEurovision, Switzerland is therefore certain to take part in the grand final on May 17.

Discover without further delay the participants and songs from these 6 countries automatically qualified for theEurovision 2025 final.

Germany: Abor & Tynna - "Baller

We start withGermany. The country is represented this year by the duo Abor & Tynna, a brother and sister from a family of musicians based in Vienna. And everyone knows his or her role in the band: whileAbor is mainly in charge of rhythms and arrangements, his sister Tynna sings and writes the lyrics.

In 2025, Abor & Tynna set themselves a new challenge with the Eurovision Song Contest, which they hope to win with their song " Baller ".

Spain: Melody - "Esa Diva

Spain, which is also part of the famous"Big 5", has also chosen the candidate who will fly to Switzerland this spring. The suspense came to an end at the grand finale of the"Benidorm Fest". Against several other candidates, Melody made the difference with her song " Esa Diva ".

With over 25 years' experience on stage, Melody is an established pop artist, with no fewer than 6 albums to her credit, including the singles " Bandido " and " Mujer Loba ". It now remains to be seen whether the artist will also seduce the ears of the Eurovision jury and viewers on May 17.

France: Louane - "Maman

Once again this year, the French public did not have the opportunity to choose the candidate who will represent France at Eurovision. Instead, France Télévisions chose the artist, in this case Louane.

Do we really need to introduce this singer and musician, who made a name for herself in The Voice in 2013 and won the César for Best New Actress in 2015 for her role in"La Famille Bélier"? The source of many hits, including"Jour 1","Si t'étais là","Avenir" and"Secret", Louane is taking on a new challenge by taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest. Louane will be performing her song " Maman " in a bid to win the contest.

Italy: Lucio Corsi - "Volevo Essere Un Duro

Italy, also a member of the"Big 5", has chosen the artist who will represent it atEurovision this spring. And it's Lucio Corsi, with his song " Volevo Essere Un Duro ". The 31-year-old Tuscan singer-songwriter has thus been chosen by Italy to go for victory, after Måneskin in 2021.

It should be noted, however, that Lucio Corsi did not finish first at the Festival de Sanremo 2025, which traditionally selects the Italian representative at the song contest. But Olly, the winner of this musical event with a strong Italian following, declined his Eurovision bid. A refusal that made Lucio Corsi very happy! The artist now hopes to convince the jury and Eurovision viewers on May 17.

United Kingdom: Remember Monday - "What The Hell Just Happened?

Remember Monday: that's the name of the band that will be defending the colors of the British flag this spring in Switzerland. Behind the trio are Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steele. Their strength? Their vocal harmonies, as demonstrated by the track"What The Hell Just Happened", which they will perform at the Eurovision Grand Final in Basel on May 17.

Proof of their fame, the Remember Monday girls have amassed over half a million loyal subscribers and over 11.3 million likes on TikTok alone! The group is best known for its cover versions of artists, but also for its participation in The Voice UK. To date, Remember Monday has released two EPs and 12 singles.

Switzerland: - Zoë Më - "Voyage

Her name is Zoë Më, and she will have the onerous responsibility of representing Switzerland, following the victory of her compatriot Nemo last year. Singing in German and French, Zoë Më skilfully blends poetic pop and song, as demonstrated by her song"Voyage", which she will be delighted to perform on May 17 in her hometown of Basel.

It remains to be seen whether the artist, who has already won the " SRF 3 Best Talent " and " RTS Artiste Radar " awards, will seduce the ears of 36 other countries.
