Discover "L'Orient-Express de New York à Paris": a dance show put on by two companies that combine classical dance/character dance and martial arts. Get your tickets for this dance show this Sunday, May 5 at 6:00 pm at the Théâtre Mandapa in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Dancers Brigid Le Minez, Analia Farfan, Miki Imai, Shimehiro Nishikawa, Serge Mouawad and Alwena Bréhin, artists from the dream cities of New York and Paris, join forces to take you to the Orient through dance.

With The White Haired Girl company and the original Peaceful Warrior company, Analia Farfan brings China's most famous legends to the stage, blending classical dance with martial arts. Analia is accompanied by her partner Serge Mouawad, an international dancer and choreographer, and Alwena Bréhin, an elegant and powerful wushu(kung fu) artist.

TAKE YOUR SEATS

Brigid Le Minez reveals the stylized movements of character dance and embodies refinement in Orchid, choreographed by Yuka Kawazu (河津由佳).

Miki Imai presents the choreographic creation 'Le vieux sage et le cerisier' by Nadejda L. Loujine, inspired by Japan.

Shimehiro Nishikawa presents an art form from the Edo period with the metamorphosis piece "Ohara-me (log peddler in Ohara, 1810)", a nihon-buyô(kabuki dance) masterpiece.
