Julie Collas, doesn't have a singular career path, having worked until the age of 39 as a lawyer in various legal departments of major CAC 40 groups. She was triggered by the terrible attacks of November 13, 2015, and believes that "life is too short to be merely dreamt".

The idea for Oh My God She's Parisian! came from a book she'd started writing about Paris and Parisian life, which she eventually decided to turn into a one-woman show. Julie Collas performed her show for the first time in January 2017 in front of over 200 people, and it quickly became a huge success! She crossed paths with Théâtre Bo Saint-Martin in September 2017 and has been producing her show there ever since.
