50 years ago, on March 2, 1969 at 3:38 p.m. (GMT+1), the Concorde was taking off at the Toulouse-Blagnac airport, flown by pilot André Turcat, helped by Jacques Guignard, Michel Rétif and Henri Perrier.
After flying over the pink city for about thirty minutes, the 001-prototype landed without any problem. Victory: this day marks a breakthrough in France’s aviation history.
How about boarding the Concorde, the legendary French aircraft? On March 2 and 3, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the first flight in the Concorde’s history?
