Opening on Saturday March 22 from 4pm to 8pm, in the artist's presence.
A multi-influenced artist, Ador has developed a rich universe of murals, installations and narrative drawings. His instantly recognizable style features characters with exaggerated silhouettes, often engaged in absurd or critical situations. His work is inspired by everyday life and the shortcomings of our times, playing on the contrasts between naivety and cynicism. With a visual language accessible to all, he offers a multi-layered reading, where every detail tells a story.
.
In this new exhibition, Ador explores the home as a symbol of stability, but also of illusion. What does "home" really mean? Is it a protective refuge or just a papier-mâché construction ready to collapse?
Through immersive frescoes, installations and misappropriated objects, Home Sweet Home invites us to see the home from another angle:
A house with fragile foundations
A reassuring but uncomfortable cocoon
A place where incompatible people live together
With a deceptively childlike tone, the exhibition plays on these paradoxes and questions our relationship to intimate and collective space.
Don't miss this plunge into Ador's universe, where absurdity and satire meet to make us reflect on our own "home".
