More than twenty South Korean artists take up residence at Maison Guerlain, in Paris's 8th arrondissement, for an original contemporary art exhibition, open to the public free of charge. From October 16 to November 12, 2024, come and visit Good Morning Korea, in the land of the morning calm.
This exhibition brings together a wide variety of works, exploring the country's personal and collective memory. Traditions and questions about the future, new technologies and nature, the spiritual dimension, virtual memory, the evolution of art and society: the artists reveal the richness and complexity of South Korea.
Several generations of artists come together in the course of this exhibition: styles, media and visions of the world collide and feed off each other, forming a shared memory enriched by the experiences of each.
Cyborgs, paintings, sculptures, scented works, textile art, virtual creations, holographic paintings, 3D prints... The exhibition showcases a wide variety of techniques and creations. The Maison Guerlain has also designed a multi-sensory itinerary to immerse visitors further in this artistic universe.
South Korea reveals itself through the Maison Guerlain exhibition, continuing to develop and promote the country internationally. Contemporary artists create a bridge between Asia and Europe, strengthening influences and links between societies.
Good Morning Korea is a free exhibition that takes us on a journey to the other side of the world: an unmissable event for the curious and lovers of Korean culture.
