The Base de Loisirs de Bois-le-Roi, in the Seine-et-Marne département, awaits you for a full range of outdoor activities, including free swimming in summer, golf and tennis. Located on the banks of the Seine, with direct access to the Fontainebleau forest, this 73-hectare leisure park is the ideal spot for relaxation, sport and family fun.

Located 50 km from Paris, the Base de Loisirs de Bois-le-Roi offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including a free beach open in summer. The base is open all year round.

In the idyllic setting of Bois-le-Roi lies a picturesque leisure park: the 73-hectare destination is bordered by the Seine and offers direct access to the majestic Fontainebleau forest.

The star attraction of this leisure park is undoubtedly its free beach. In summer, swimming is available in the lake, allowing everyone to enjoy a day in the great outdoors amidst the playgrounds. Fishing is also permitted on the bank near the golf course. Swimming is open in summer and on certain days in June, temperatures permitting!

As already mentioned, the leisure center boasts a water sports area covering 8 hectares, open on certain weekends in June (follow the networks), every day in July, and in August on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2.30pm to 6pm. Various swimming areas are available, including five small pools (80 cm deep), one large pool (2.20 m deep with 3 resting buoys), and a 125 m swim lane. Swimming is supervised from 11.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Sunday in a designated area.

For the kids, we love the playgrounds and the soccer, basketball, beach volleyball and table tennis courts, all set up to spend the afternoon. Please note, however, that equipment is not provided! You can either take your rackets and balls with you or rent them on site. For those in search of unusual accommodation, gypsy caravans for up to 5 people are available on reservation.

This year, the big news is the sports weekends for adults offered by the île de loisirs: you can opt for a two-day introduction to rock climbing, or a weekend of hiking and yoga.

For easy access to the leisure park, a free shuttle bus runs between the Bois-le-Roi train station and Ile de Loisirs. A cafeteria is available for on-site refreshments.
