For Paris Plages, the Bassin de la Villette comes alive from July 6 to September 8, 2024 inclusive. On the program? Swimming in the basin, pedal-boating, sports - here's a great opportunity to introduce your children and teenagers to water sports for free, or to take an unusual stroll along the Canal.

The not-to-be-missedsummer rendezvous in the capital is Paris Plages: with its various places to sunbathe and enjoy free activities, it's the place to come with family, friends or solo to take a sports class, chill out, read a book, swim...

At the Bassin de la Villette, Paris Plages offers a great program throughout the summer vacations, from July 6 to September 8, 2024: pedal-boat and kayak hire at the nautical base, free open-air swimming, dance classes every evening, free fitness activities, games library and open-air library... But also trampolines, merry-go-rounds, slides, zip-lines, etc. So you see: for an afternoon in the open air, a day out with a picnic or a family outing, Paris Plages is the place to be all summer long in 2024!

Note that the Seine and Loire quays are open from 10am to 10pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 10am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
