The Rendez-Vous aux Jardins is the cultural event not to be missed in spring. This event, which goes hand in hand with the warm weather, invites us to plunge into the heart of our green treasures by embarking on a conquest of our botanical heritage. For the occasion, in the four corners of Paris and theÎle-de-France region, parks and gardens, some of which are inaccessible to the public, offer a program of events and visits in the heart of these green settings.
On the Val d'Oise (95) side, in the commune of Wy-dit-joli-Village, in the heart of the French Vexin, lies the Musée de l'Outil and its beautiful green gardens. The museum is run by Claude and Françoise Pigeard, who over the years have collected tools and utensils from the folk arts and traditions of the Vexin region, as well as the remains of a Gallo-Roman seaside resort. Throughout the year, the Musée de l'Outil hosts workshops, tours and events. On the occasion of the Rendez-Vous aux Jardins 2024, this cultural venue invites us to discover a special program, which we unveil below.
