For the Journée du Patrimoine Agricole bio et équitable, the Moulin de Chantemerle, in Aulnoy, Seine-et-Marne, is opening its doors this May 5, 2024, giving you the chance to meet the farmers and enjoy free events!

This Sunday, May 5, 2024, 11 organic farms across France will be opening their doors to curious visitors, including the Moulin de Chantemerle in Aulnoy, in the Seine-et-Marne département of the Paris region. The aim of this Organic and FairFarming Heritage Day is to introduce the general public to a form of farming that is more virtuous for everyone, and more concerned with the future. It's a day that allows young and old alike to immerse themselves in the reality of a farm, for an authentic countryside experience!

In the Île-de-France region, the Gobard family has been producing organic cereals since 1892, including spelt, rye, buckwheat, wheat, flax, hemp and lentils. It's an opportunity to meet the farmers who feed the region, visit the mill and the fields, and share convivial moments around sustainable food, during events open to all!

The program

  • 10am: welcome with coffee
  • 12pm: shared lunch (everyone brings something)
  • Tours of the mill and cereal fields
  • Taste tour
