Les Lueurs du Temps 2024: two magical evenings of candlelight in Provins

On July 6 and 20, 2024, you'll be able to stroll by candlelight through the heart of the medieval town of Provins, enjoying musical entertainment, equestrian shows, costumed street shows, and the unique beauty of the Roseraie de Provins. With its 58 historic monuments, witnesses to a unique past, the town of Provins offers you a real journey back in time.

A UNESCO World Heritage site, this medieval town has chosen to transform itself into a city of light for two unique evenings, offering a magical and enchanting spectacle. This new edition of Lueurs du Temps features a wide range of entertainment, including medieval dances, fanfares with hunting horns and juggling on the theme of fire, as well as guided and dramatized nocturnal tours (for a fee).

The 12th-century Caesar Tower will be illuminated by over 700 candles, for an intimate atmosphere, with Cécile and her fabulous Celtic Harp on July 6 and Lucie and her magical Handpan on July 20, for three euros. Near the ramparts, the "Crins de feu " equestrian show will dazzle young and old with its stunts and acrobatics. For romance, head for the Roseraie, or the candlelit dinners offered by restaurants open at night.
