Fête de la Bretagne 2025 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris: the program

La Fête de la Bretagne, the famous Gouel Breizh, announces its return to the 14th arrondissement of Paris. From May 16 to 25, 2025, a rich program of events awaits you (most of them free), immersing you in the rich culture of Brittany.

At the heart of this project is the Mission bretonne- Ti ar Vretoned, whose members and volunteers work hard all year round to promote Breton culture and its influence!

For this 2025 edition of the Fête de la Bretagne, the Mission bretonne is once again pulling out all the stops to meet the expectations and desires of Parisians. Fest-noz, dance, storytelling, tastings, cinema and music await you from May 16 to 25.

And let's not forget the famous Crep'Noz, scheduled for May 21 from 5pm to 11pm. For an entire evening, the Rue du Montparnasse becomes pedestrianized, allowing crêperies to set out tables and barrels of cider on their terraces. From 7pm, join Bagad Pariz for a festive parade. On boulevard Edgar Quinet, the curious can enjoy an initiation to dance, or watch a demonstration of Penn Bazh (a combat sport using the traditional Breton peasant stick). Fête de la Bretagne 2025: the program in Paris's 14th arrondissement

• Friday, May 16, 2025 from 7pm to 11pm: opening evening at the Mission bretonne.
  
  
• Saturday May 17, 2025: Breton walk in the morning. Afternoon conference.
  
  
• Sunday May 18, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm: storytelling with Jean-Pierre Mathias at the Mission bretonne.
  
  
• Monday, May 19, 2025 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm: pardon de la Saint-Yves, which will run from rue Delambre to Notre-Dame-des-Champs.
  
  
• Tuesday May 20, 2025 from 7pm to 11:30pm: 'Dastum' evening, with a screening of the documentary film " La maison des sources ", directed by Giuseppe de Vecchi. This will be followed by a discussion with Ronan Guéblez, President of Dastum. Finally, don't miss a mini fest-noz.
  
  
• Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 5pm to 11pm (free): the traditional Crep'Noz! For the occasion, the Rue du Montparnasse will become pedestrianized, and crêperies will set out tables and barrels of cider on their terraces. From 7pm onwards, the Bagad Pariz will be on parade. On boulevard Edgar Quinet, there'll be an initiation to dance, a Penn Bazh demonstration and cultural and gastronomic stands. Then, from 8pm, it's time to stretch your legs with a folk ball with Naragonia and a fest-noz with the Forj trio.
  
  
• Thursday, May 22, 2025: cinema at Chaplin Denfert, with the screening of the film " Les gueules bleues de Guerlédan ", directed by Jean-Luc Chevé.
  
  
• Saturday May 24, 2025 from 6pm to 1am: fest noz vraz at the Salle des fêtes of the Mairie du XIVème, with Loened fall.
