In London, we drink beer, but not only. You can also enjoy great cocktails, and the London restaurant Cub has made it its specialty. Run by multi-award-winning bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana (aka Mr. Lyan) and chef Doug McMaster, Cub offers cuisine that's intimately connected to its cocktails.
On Sunday, June 3, 2018, the Cub team will recreate the London experience in Paris, and more precisely at Café Moderne in the 11th. A unique evening during which Cub's know-how will be recreated during a dinner that will put cocktails in the spotlight.
Cub 's Doug McMaster, Robin Honhold and Gus Merksaitis will work alongside Café Moderne 's Mido Yahi to develop a unique 12-course menu that explores the best of French ingredients, combined with Botanist Gin and Bruichladdich Whisky to bring out all the flavors.
It's a multi-sensory, creative and innovative evening that will allow you to explore culinary regions that are still unknown to many. Fortunately, the Cub and Café Moderne teams will be there to guide you.
