Bar à Lambics à Paris : bar éphémère dédié aux Lambics

If you are a beer lover then you must be smiling these last days. It must be said that the events dedicated to beer are multiplying in the capital. After Planète Bière, Paris is getting ready to welcome the new edition of the Mondial de la Bière, scheduled at the Parc Floral de Vincennes, then the Paris Beer Week.

While waiting for these two main events, you have an appointment in the 10th district of the capital to push the doors of the Bar à Lambics.

This ephemeral bar, initiated by Mort Subite, awaits you from April 25 to May 4, 2019, at No. 266 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin.

On the program? Tasting sessions and discoveries of lambic beers, with a series of evenings hosted by Belgian or Parisian collectives as well as surprising food experiences, all in an ephemeral bar, Belgian estaminet style revisited.

Thursday April 25th - Grand Opening - 7:30 pm - 1 hour

Friday April 26 - Belgium Comedy Night - 7:30 pm - 1 hour
A stand up night with four Belgian comedians selected by Guillermo Guiz to laugh until noon with Fanny Ruwet, Gaetan Delferiere, Inno JP and Dena Vahdani.

Saturday, April 27 - Boudin Room x Aidons Antoine - 7:30 pm - 1h30
A back 2 bins DJ-Charcutier. On one side Simon makes boudin, on the other Antoine mixes.

Sunday April 28 - Belgian Brunch with Ernest - 11am - 5pm
Ernest and chef Leo Ait Bahaddou (Mingway) have concocted a special brunch for you on Sunday April 28th from 11am to 5pm. Menu and reservations.

Tuesday April 30 - Cheese & Bread Surprises Records - 7:30 pm - 1h30
The funniest label in Paris (Jacques, Miel de Montagne, Salut C'est Cool and more) brings records and cheese selection.

Wednesday, May 1st - Get your picture taken with Kiblind with Baptiste Virot and Jérémie Claeys - 2pm - 8pm
Two Belgian illustrators, a giant screen and your heads in drawings. The whole thing was imagined with the illustration magazine Kiblind for a Labor Day afternoon.

Thursday May 2 - Fermentation & tasting with Mint magazine - 7:30 pm - 1 hour
Eat & Explore magazine invites you to an evening of product tasting and talk around spontaneous fermentation.

Friday May 3 - Beer dinner with Paul Delrez - 7:30 pm - 1 hour
A great Lambic beer dinner imagined by Belgian Top Chef Paul Delrez. Menu and reservations.

Saturday May 4 - Grand Closing by Bon Esprit & friends - 7:30 pm - 1:30 am
