The Skybar rooftop, the highest open-air bar in Paris

For those of you with your head in the clouds and in search of a rooftop, we've got just the spot for you! To discover it, you'll have to go to the 14th arrondissement of Paris, and push open the doors of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel, where you'll also find Europe's first Umami burger. But this time, you have to make your way down a long corridor that leads to a mysterious elevator. From there, we take off for the 32nd floor... and what a surprise!

Please note that there is no longer a minimum consumption of 50€ after 11pm. Reservations are recommended but no longer compulsory.

The Skybar is a bar with an intimate feel, surprising us with its raw yet futuristic setting, with walls covered in stalactites highlighted by well-designed lighting. It's like entering a new dimension. On our way in, a few windows tease out the breathtaking view that awaits us: we cross the bar, past the shaker counter, to discover the Skybar's open-air rooftop terrace.

Here, perched 115 meters high, a breathtaking view awaits you. A magnificent panorama of the City of Light, but also of the Eiffel Tower. This is the capital's highest open-air bar, and the view lives up to our expectations!

But Skybar doesn't rest on its laurels . The rooftop also offers fusion cuisine ranging from €9 for edamame to €30 for wagyu beef with black truffles. For cocktail lovers, the signature creations on offer here are sure to intrigue. Whether silky, airy, tangy or effervescent, the menu has been imagined according to sensations. The bonus? Each of these creations is available in a non-alcoholic version!
