Come and discover the new Parisian hotel bar! Opened recently, the Lancaster's bar has been added to the new decoration of La Table du Lancaster, already inaugurated last February.

If you are visiting the 8th arrondissement of the capital, why not push open the doors of the famous Parisian hotel Lancaster? You will discover, not only the new decoration of La Table du Lancaster, inaugurated last February, but also the beautiful and brand new bar of the Lancaster.

Offering a rather intimate and confidential atmosphere, this Parisian hotel bar unveils a lighted marble counter and a large hand-embroidered camellia carpet. For seating, discover Louis XVI style armchairs and sofas, mixed with brass coffee tables. Finally, don't miss the large central stained glass window renovated in colorful glass.

Once you've settled in, let yourself be tempted by the cocktail menu devised by the alchemist Alain Duquesnes, who has acquired, in 40 years of experience, a perfect mastery of the craft and a recognized creativity in the detour of traditional cocktails.

Behind the bar, the talented bartender will be accompanied by Mei Ho, a young mixologist, of Chinese origin, who is inspired by the world of pastry in which she grew up to deliver creations all as succulent as the others.

This team is sure to delight your taste buds with a distinguished menu that includes Alain Duquesnes' classics, as well as fifteen cocktails created specifically for the Lancaster Bar around the themes of " L'An Caster ", " Pastoukhoff ", " Marlene Dietrich ", " Greta Garbo " and " Grace of Monaco ".

And to accompany these beverages, the Chef of the Table du Lancaster, Julien Roucheteau, has imagined a menu of " finger food ", a kind of luxury tapas that restore the art of eating with the fingers.

On the menu? Prawns in cocktail sauce that compete in flavor with fish acras or thin slices of Belota Belota, but also salmon canapés with horseradish that spice up the temptation with foie gras toasts from the Vendée or chiffonade of white ham.

Come to the Bar du Lancaster, in the 8th arrondissement of the capital, to discover this new living space, ideal for a morning coffee, a quick snack at lunchtime or an aperitif with a cocktail and tapas.
