The Café Français finally arrives at the Bastille after 2 years of work. Come and discover this great brasserie, bar, veranda and chic terrace that combines beauty and goodness. Great chef's plates in a neat atmosphere, that's what awaits you at the Café Français.

The recently openedCafé Français, Place de la Bastille in Paris 4th district, will certainly be the place to be this summer in Paris. The place was initiated by Gilbert and Thierry Costes, who already own Café Marly, Café Beaubourg,Hôtel Amour and Chez Julien, that is to say about fifteen establishments of the Beaumarly group.

The Café Français, located in the Marais and facing the Opera, the brasserie is located from boulevard Henri IV to rue Saint-Antoine, occupying almost the entire block. By merging the Corso and the Café Français, whose name it kept, the place became one of the largest establishments in Paris.

The Café Français wanted to give a fresh look to the Parisian brasserie by embodying the brasserie of today. In addition to the brasserie, it is also a bar, a veranda and a terrace which opens to you to welcome you at any time of the day.

On the plate, the place wanted to play the card of the beautiful, right and good. It is a menu with fresh products, from the best producers that will be presented to you: vegetables from the market gardener Joël Thiébault, superb asparagus from Perthuis, Paris ham (Doumbea) made by a real Parisian craftsman who works in the respect of tradition, poularde Cour d'Armoise that can be found on the tables of the greatest chefs or butchers and bread from Frédéric Lalos...

The program includes the Beaumarly group's successful dishes as well as the classics of French gastronomy brought up to date. You can try the egg mayo, the baked chicken or the superb mille-feuille made in a minute, to die for.

As for the decor, we discover a very graphic atmosphere with the most French colors (blue, white, red), imagined by India Mahdavi and the design studio M/M. Both modern and classic revisited, the place offers a strong identity. On the second floor, there is a space designed by Louis Benzoni, award-winning decorator in the competition organized by AD magazine with Thierry Costes.

Outside, the green and protected terrace will give you the opportunity to enjoy the effervescence of the square while being sheltered.

In short, an address to be absolutely tested, especially as the prices are quite affordable!
