But to discover this new confidential address, you must first be guided by a masked wrestler or a Latin hostess who leads us through the kitchens of the hotel restaurant and leads us in front of the doors of La Mezcaleria.
Behind the doors of this bar, mixing local culture and underground spirit, Mezcal, the famous Mexican spirit, neighbor of tequila, is in the spotlight.
Pure, the Mezcal is served in jicaras (tropical fruit of the calabash tree), or vasos veleros (engraved Mexican tasting glasses).
But Mezcal is also to be tasted in the form of cocktails. These clever drinks are chosen by playing the Mexican card game... Choose the one that best suits your personality or your mood of the day and opt for " El Diablito ", a bloody, spicy and macho Mezcal cocktail or " Corazon ", a softer cocktail preferred by women.
