If rooftops are multiplying in Paris, those in the suburbs are rarer… but since early July, La Défense invites us to discover its very first rooftop!
Nestled on the 19th floor of Hotel Melià Paris La Défense – open since April 2015 – the Skyline Bar & Lounge will likely be very coveted.
To keep things interesting, the hotel offers twice a week live music concerts as well as DJ sets.
Moving on to beverages, the Skyline bar offers two cocktail lists, one that is classic with tapas, the other with more original creations “Les Constellations”.
On the menu: the “Mezcal Mule” based on Mezcal, lime juice, passion fruit, agave syrup, cucumber and ginger beer as well as the “Flambé Gin” based on gin, lemon juice, rosemary, vanilla liquor, citron bitter, sugar and tonic water or even the “Vodka Pollock Martini” (vodka, cinnamon liquor, chocolate bitter, flambéed sugar).
