The donut, this little doughnut with a hole in the middle, is the trademark of the Americans. In their country, it's a real institution, and don't believe what American movies show you, policemen are not the only ones to devour them! But then, how to find a quality donut in the capital? Well, you just have to take the road to the lively district of Montorgueil and enter the little store Boneshaker Doughnuts.

At the helm, you'll find Amanda, an American pastry chef, and Louis, an Irishman, experts who you'll want to trust! Every morning, they lovingly prepare a dozen different recipes of homemade donuts just for us. But yes, forget the simple plain or chocolate covered donuts, at Boneshaker Doughnuts, we offer you glazes made with caramelized popcorn, chocolate and cookie chips or toasted marshmallow.

And at lunchtime, there are recipes for salted doughnuts, for a change from the classic ham and butter!
