For fans of cream puffs, it's impossible to miss Popelini. Created in 2011, this patisserie has since conquered the capital and now has 5 locations in the Paris region. So why does this spot drive us so crazy about its choux? You'll soon find out.
The name, Popelini, is a reference to Queen Catherine de Medici's Italian-born chef, known as the inventor of choux pastry in the 16th century. Today, the eponymous pastry house delights Parisians with ultra-gourmet recipes.

Relatively classic flavors include pistachio, vanilla, coffee, salted butter caramel, lemon, dark chocolate and praline. But Popelini also revisits cabbage with less conventional flavors. Among the most gourmet recipes are Gianduja Nougat, Chocolat au Lait & Cacahuète and Chou Pomme Tatin. If you prefer fruity flavors, you'll probably be tempted by the orange blossom version, the rose cabbage with raspberry confit or the passion fruit cabbage. There's something for everyone here!
