Chef Fiona Lafon and host Aliénor de Menthière met on the benches of the Pâtisserie school. Together, they embarked on theAppart Gourmand adventure. As you enter, you'll discover a refined decor, sublimated by the Haussmannian charm of the place, and of course, a large open kitchen, the central element of the apartment. Here, conviviality is at the heart of everything, and the main aim, whether you're a guest or taking part in a workshop, is to feel at home.
Every week, you can take part in cooking, patisserie, oenology and even mixology workshops in small groups (8 people maximum) run in French or English. First you make something, then you taste it. And, of course, we work with top-quality ingredients that are as local, organic and affordable as possible. Accessible from age 6, these à la carte workshops start at €80 for 2h30.
You can also choose to create your own customized workshop. Designed to meet the most specific requirements, L'Appart Gourmand offers a quote on request.
And because it's modular, L'Appart Gourmand can accommodate up to 25 people for a cocktail party, and up to 14 for a table d'hôtes.
