Fashion Choux 2024: A bevy of choux at Benoit Castel's for a weekend!

To celebrate the arrival of spring - and it's high time the sun finally came out - Benoit Castel is planning a farandole of choux in his three Parisian boutiques. For the 4th consecutive year, on March 23 and 24, the artisan baker and pastry chef is organizing his Fashion Choux event, in honor of this cream-filled little marvel, with a variety of recipes to delight all appetites, young and old alike.

Fruity, creamy or chocolatey, in every case ultra-gourmand, light and of course homemade, like all the creations of this bakery maestro, Benoit Castel's choux are devourable at a small price: expect to pay between €4.20 and €5 each.

More unusual and gourmet than Fashion Week, Benoit Castel's Fashion Choux this year feature no fewer than 9 mouth-watering recipes :

• Creamy strawberry cabbage (5€)
• Madagascar vanilla cabbage, with lots of vanilla beans (4,20€)
• Madagascar vanilla chantilly cabbage (5€)
• Chocolate cream puff, ultra-cozy (4,20€)
• Chou with praline and buckwheat, original and comforting (5€)
• Creamy cabbage with pistachio and clementine, a combination that works wonders (5€)
• Creamy cabbage with hazelnut (5€)
• Chocolate and caramel cream puff (5€)
• Chou au café, made with pure Arabica coffee paste (4,20€)
