Then you'll be delighted to learn that La Vaisselle des Chefs, the event that brings back to life the treasures of the capital's great tables, is to hold its first edition in Paris.
To take part, reserve your February 8 and 9, 2025, to go to Césure, the third place dedicated to transmission located in the 5th arrondissement of the capital. The only event of its kind, Vaisselle des Chefs offers the general public the chance to acquire exceptional tableware from the City of Light's legendary restaurants.
A prestigious sale over 1000m2 for two days only, for a total of 10,000 pieces of tableware (crockery, glassware, cutlery, silverware, accessories and even furniture) put up for sale at affordable prices for collectors, second-hand enthusiasts or simple lovers of fine tableware. Do you dream of getting your hands on the crockery of a great chef and taking home a piece of French gastronomic history? Now it's possible!
For this first Parisian edition, a number of prestigious houses and emblematic brasseries are expected to take part, including Marsan, owned by chef Hélène Darroze, Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, Le Cheval Blanc, Plaza Athénée, Lucas Carton and Les Deux Magots, which will be offering around 50 bistro tables for sale, Ladurée will bring an exclusive selection of Bernardaud tableware, decorative elements and small furniture direct from its boutiques on the Champs-Élysées and Rue de la Paix.
It should also be noted that part of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to Apprentis d'Auteuil to support the training of young people in difficulty in the catering trades.
