Known as home to a large part of the Latin Quarter, the 5th arrondissement is a place steeped inhistory that takes us back in time to Lutetia, the Paris of Antiquity. From theGallo-Roman arena to the vestiges of the terms, you'll be amazed by the sometimes little-known monuments that take you back in time. The heart of the 5th arrondissement is also home to the Musée de Cluny, dedicated to the Middle Ages, a period of which the capital retains relatively few vestiges, as well as the famous Sorbonne University and Panthéon, once the highest vantage point in Paris. The only palace on the Left Bank, the Lutetia, is located not far from the Bon Marché, which awaits us in the 7tharrondissement.
