Saint-James’ garden-terrace certainly is one of the most glamorous and uncommon spots in the city. This secret garden was created to be exceptional, coming every year with its share of novelties.

In Paris 16th arrondissement, far from the hustle and bustle of the Parisian life, stands the Saint James. From its garden used to take off the first hot-air balloons… And the hidden terrace of this 5-star hotel was inspired by this fun fact! This place, reserved to the club members throughout the day, unveils its secret charms at night, from 7 p.m., to Parisians and passersby. And this spring-summer 2022, great novelties are expected.

With chef Julien Dumas, the Saint James serves idyllic dinner lit by the stars. The feast for the eyes only equals to the feast for the taste buds, especially with the summer menu cooked in front of the guests, thanks to the brazier set nearby. But that is not all! Famed for his love of vegetables and seafood, the young Michelin-starred-chef places veggies in the heart of dishes, but not only.

Among this summer’s treats, let us name the grilled white asparagus, the ceviche-inspired marinated sardines, the Breton lobster and the suckling pig and braised potatoes.

And is there anything better than a cocktail to make the most of this extravagant and glamorous venue? Spend fabulous summer nights sipping on seasonal creations! And if you wish to quench your thirst, there are also alcohol-free cocktails. In other words, this is one of the smartest places to meet with friends or colleagues… Shall we go, then?
