La Félicité, here is the new spot you will hear about this summer. This project called Morland Mixité Capitale changes its name and becomes La Félicité. Considered as a real building-district, this site which opens to us in the 4th district has what to seduce us. Installed in the place of the former administrative city of the boulevard Morland, the address unveils shops, housing, offices, youth hostels, chic hotel and green roof .
As its first name indicates, this project, which was imagined six years ago, is a mixed-use one. Indeed, initially named Morland Mixité Capitale, this project is part of the projects that won one of the building sites proposed by the City as part of its "Réinventer Paris "program. As a reminder, these projects allow the transfer of land or buildings to candidates in exchange for an innovative project aimed at sublimating the urban architecture.
Conceived and designed by David Chipperfield Architects and CALQ Architecture, it is a program that includes 11 uses open to Parisians and visitors to the capital that has been proposed and validated. Thus, it will be possible to work, live, sleep, eat, relax, swim and garden...

This is the name of this hotel-flagship which opens to us. In the program, 120 rooms, a bar-restaurant high perched with a beautiful panorama on the capital, a spa Codage and the famous indoor swimming pool. The restaurant on the 16th floor, with a breathtaking view, is open to all, whether you are a client or not. Note that SO/ Paris is scheduled to open on July 20.
A new spot with a high terrace is coming to Paris this summer. This is Bonnie, the restaurant-bar and club signed by Paris Society, which is taking up residence on the 15th and 16th floors of SO/Paris, the trendy hotel on the banks of the Seine in the Marais district.
Sport awaits you on the lower floor. These spots are open to guests of the So/ Paris hotel (which opens this July 20) and to subscribers. The pool will also be open to local schools.

On the first floor, the interior courtyard offers stores. These spots are already open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
The new glass building in extension on 4 columns, reveals us a hostel of 459 beds but also a bar-restaurant named Titi Palacio, opened to all, client of the hostel or not, to eat or to have a drink. Here is a new festive and affordable spot that offers itself to us. Prices start at 29€ for a bed and 89€ for a private room. Families can take a room for 4 people from 120€ in the heart of Paris.
A trendy and relaxed bar where tapas are served from Monday to Sunday in a friendly atmosphere. Large interior space and beautiful terrace outside.
Social, mixed or free housing is revealed on the two wings attached to the central building (90 social housing units, 84 intermediate housing units and 35 free housing units) with the latest thermal insulation standards.
There are offices on several floors in open space and coworking mode.
On the 4000 square meters of roof, we find urban agriculture as well as an ingenious system of phyto-purification allowing the recovery of grey water from the youth hostel, filtered and reused to feed the different cultures.
