53 rooms of varying sizes, a restaurant, cocktail bar, swimming pool and terrace... That's what's behind the 5-star hotel in eastern Paris. Maison Bréguet opened its doors under the impetus of Samuel Gelrubin and Brice Errera, two young entrepreneurs who, until now, had distinguished themselves more in the development and promotion of Parisian real estate than in hospitality.
But there's a first time for everything. So the duo created this 5-star boutique hotel in the 11th arrondissement. Alongside the rooms, Maison Bréguet is home to David Lanher and Marco Marzilli's restaurant.
Focusing on bistronomy, the two partners have called on Chef Giulian Maiuri and his brigade to offer creative, generous and convivial cuisine to be enjoyed at the bar facing the kitchen, in the garden, on the banquettes or in a private dining room, the Wine Room.
Maison Bréguet also features a cocktail bar with a menu designed by Nico de Soto, a music playlist curated by BETC, a boutique supervised by Charlotte Balme, a selection of books chosen by Aude Walker, a film program handpicked by Emily Barnett, a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a fitness room and a terrace...
