Successful chef Sebastien Roux is becoming hotel Hyat Paris Madeleine new chef where he’s entrusted with the menus of restaurant La Chinoiserie and Café M. We’re looking forward to the final result!

What a beautiful career is Sébastien Roux’s, hotel Hyatt Paris Madeleine new chef. The chef starts his career at Hotel Scribe, then restaurant Le Pur’ at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme all to way to becoming a junior sous-chef.

Next, he joins the Brasserie at Hôtel du Louvre before leaving Paris to become the executive chef at Brides-les-Bains Golf Hotel, before coming back to get his current position: Hyatt Paris Madeleine chef, the place being a sophisticated boutique-hotel in Paris 8th arrondissement, near the Opéra neighborhood.

Especially since that the young 31-year-old chef has just been awarded Maître Cuisinier de France by the prestigious Association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France created in 1949, and including now 555 members, such as French chefs, some Michelin-starred chefs, some MOF (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France), as well as many winners of international culinary contests.

In other words, for Sebastien Roux, cooking is a job but most of all, a passion that he conveys to foodies via his sophisticated plates respecting seasons.

We’re definitely looking forward to what the restaurant La Chinoiserie and Café M have in store at hotel Hyatt Paris Madeleine!
