Fête Nationale 2024 promises to be a lively affair in Plaisir! As it does every year, the Yvelines (78) town is celebrating the storming of the Bastille and the unity of the French nation with a huge popular evening on July 13, 2024! And of course, admission is free .
It's a tradition that every town in France celebrates the Fête Nationale. Tradition also dictates that fireworks and a popular ball are organized on July 13, July 14 and sometimes even both days! An opportunity for Plaisir's 31,000 inhabitants to enjoy themselves with family and friends, and to take in the big show.
As the town is known for its green spaces, you'll no doubt be able to catch a glimpse of the fireworks from a little corner of paradise: the Parc du Château!
On the evening of July 13, dance the night away in the Château park at the traditional Grand Bal, and enjoy a magnificent fireworks display. And to help you make the most of the evening, food-trucks will be on hand in the parking lot next to the festival ring. As always, admission is free.
