Un temps à croquer by Bucherer, the Westminster tea-time for Christmas 2017

If you feel like taking your time, head to the Westminster for its Christmas tea-time. This hotel on rue de la Paix (the famous rue des Palaces) offers a warm welcome to its bar and tea room, with a €15 offer including a choice of hot beverage AND pastry!

If we love the place, we love even more the creations of its pastry chef Bryan Esposito, who often posts his creations on the web, his millefeuilles to die for, his pecan cookie and his fig tart that make our mouths water!

And the centerpiece of this tea-time, the object to instagram, is a gusset watch inspired by the creations of Bucherer (a watchmaker located just a few meters from the hotel).

For this creation, Bryan Esposito has surrounded himself with a fine team to create a beautiful object that creates the illusion, and has put forward winter flavors that warm, chocolate mousse, Genepi jelly, creamy cashew nuts and Esmeralda chocolate from Costa Rica.

I don't know about you, but at €15 a pop, we're doing it again!
