The heartfelt log at Café de la Paix

Enjoy a delicious log from the heart while doing a good deed, that's what Café de la Pa ix is offering from December 9 to 18, 2019.

Indeed, after the heart snack and heart breakfast, Café de la Paix is once again mobilizing for Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. For this new operation, Pastry Chef Sophie de Bernardi, who impressed us with her Bûche de Noël 2019, has come up with a heart-shaped log in a nod to the association.

Under its red velvet flocking, it features an all-chocolate sablé, cream, mousse and chocolate caviar.

The chef's chocolate creation is yours to take away for €5, a sum entirely donated to Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.

So, every day from 11am to 7pm, Café de la Paix is the place to get your sweet fix without feeling guilty - because, of course, you're doing it to help children with heart defects in underprivileged countries.
