Carré Sénart offers free Christmas entertainment, inauguration with Claude from Koh-Lanta

The Carré Sénart shopping center is celebrating Christmas with free events for the whole family, including a light parade, an enchanted labyrinth, a toboggan run and a collaborative show around the canal in aid of the AFM-Téléthon association. While some of the events began on November 20, Carré Sénart's Christmas illuminations will be launched on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 5 p.m. by Claude Dartois, the famous Koh-Lanta contestant!

Like every year, shopping malls offer us a host offree events to brighten up our Christmas shopping and attract as many shoppers as possible. At Carré Sénart, near Lieusaint in south-east Paris, we've imagined a magical Christmas with light parades, fairy-tale shows and enchanted horse-drawn carriage rides.

During the month of December, you'll be able to climb aboard a horse-drawn carriage and meet imposing stilt-walkers in the center's alleys. These experiences will take place on the weekends of December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 and 19 between 2 and 6 p.m., while reindeer will be on hand at dusk on December 21 and 23 for 1.5-hour shows.

Another enchanting moment is a unique collaborative show on December 4 and 5: Lumières sur le Canal. From 5:30 pm, visitors who have made a donation to the AFM-Téléthon association will meet along the banks of the canal to place a lantern on the water. It's the perfect way to round off the fund-raising campaign launched on November 17.

While Carré Sénart puts some glitter in our shopping, it doesn't forget the kids, with an ephemeral toboggan run on the central square! Accessible to all, you can go down in a sled via the travelator (a sloping escalator), from 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm (when supervised)! If this is a laughing matter for the kids, there's also a labyrinth to tempt you, with up to 500 euros worth of shopping on December 11 and 12, and from December 18 to 31, from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm. The principle is simple: find and activate a music box in a 150m2 space.

Alongside these events, the Carré Sénart shopping center is organizing a collection of solidarity boxes for Secours Populaire.
