What would Easter be without its inimitable chocolate bunnies? Läderach understands this, and offers a whole host of choices for lovers of quality cocoa, with its handmade treats, handcrafted in Switzerland. The two characters of this spring are undeniably Cléo and Lou, two mammals with big ears, which can be found in several variations in the brand's first boutique in Paris, rue de Rivoli.
On the shelves, in addition to the usual chocolates that delight our palate with their inimitable taste, these rabbits intrigue us, positioned frontally or in profile, in dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and even raspberry, with all-pink versions! They also come in a range of sizes, from 15 to 23 centimetres, with one huge specimen standing over 30 centimetres tall! Enough to eat chocolate for days on end, long after the Easter weekend- at least there won't be any jealousy!
In the Läderach meadow, these herbivores rub shoulders with miniature chicks and bunnies, and we're sure going to love them! The Swiss chocolatier's speciality is FrischSchoggi sticks, pieces of chocolate plate in a wide variety of flavours, revisited for Easter in the shape of a rabbit, again and again!
To organize an egg hunt in your garden without the rabbits, the brand has also thought of an egg box, filled with pralines of all colors.
More surprisingly, we also discover two different chocolate halves in a single egg with their latest creation. On one side, a face of dark, milk or blond chocolate, on the other, praline with caramelized almond slivers, but which surprisingly taste of hazelnut - a real delight!
And let's not forget the rabbit rocher, encased in a mass of roasted almonds, for those looking for something crunchy. All that's left to do is eat it, and it's delivered!
It's hard to choose between all the chocolates that make our mouths water! However, we recommend you try the pink rabbit, an original variation perfect for lovers of red fruit, with real raspberry pieces, accompanied by white chocolate, for a mix of sweet and fruity, without being sickening.
At Läderach, the chocolate - some of the best in the capital - lasts a long time, as the powerful aromas that emanate from it invite you to savor your piece.
