This year's Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days ) will be packed with events, exclusive guided tours and unusual activities on Saturday and Sunday, September 16 and 17, 2023. This is your chance to (re)discover the heritage for which Paris is famous: the most beautiful churches, historic monuments, places of power... But it's also a chance to set off on an adventure in the Île-de-France region, with some wonderful visits to the suburbs, nature and little-known monuments.
To make this year's Heritage Days a little more unusual, the Canauxrama company, which specializes in cruises on the Seine and Canal Saint-Martin, offers you the chance to spend an extraordinary moment on one of its boats. For the rest of the year, this is where we invite you to discover Paris from another angle, via its most intimate route: the Seine and the Canal Saint-Martin. You'll discover what's hidden beneath the Place de la Bastille, pass through the underground passages of Paris that can only be seen from a boat, and see the illustrious monuments - the Eiffel Tower, the Hôtel de Ville, the Conciergerie, the replica of the Statue of Liberty - that make up the unique and rich landscape of Paris. For the Journées du Patrimoine 2023, take to the water from the Canauxrama jetty on the Canal Saint-Martin!
