This audioguide is based on the bone conduction technique, thanks to light headphones worn in front of the ears. Equipped with your smartphone, the tour takes you on a guided tour of 6 sculptures and artistic installations, combining voice-over, sound creation and music.
Come and discover the history of the Hangar Y site, from the construction of the Bassin de Chalais, designed by Le Nôtre as part of the grand perspective of the Château de Meudon in the 17th century, through the first airship flight in 1884, to the rehabilitation project that led to its reopening in spring 2023.
Artist Zoé Vayssières has selected 100 words from thousands produced by an AI fed with multiple resources on Hangar Y. 100 words symbolizing the site's past, present and future, which will gradually take over the great nave.
The performance will be followed by an exchange with the artist.
