Pink October 2022: an exclusive pastry in solidarity at Angelina

Every year, October goes pink to support the research against breast cancer. On the occasion of Pink October 2022, held from October 1 to 31, multiple organizations and companies team up to raise funds for medical research and encourage women to get tested.

This year again, Angelina joins the fight with the creation of a pastry supporting doctors and searchers from Gustave Roussy, the fight center fighting against cancer in Europe fighting every day to instate program and therapies enabling each patient to better get over breast cancer.

Called Rosalie, this pastry is available from October 1 to 31, 2022, in Angelina tearooms in Paris. Rosalie is a symbolical pastry mixing almond crunch, caramel, hazelnut crémeux, and a tender praline heart to feel like a cuddle.

For each Rosalie cake sold, €1 is donated to Gustave Roussy. A commitment marking Angelina’s will to stand up for causes and values dear to them, as the 4th edition of “Tout n’est pas rose”, Gustave Roussy emphasizes the importance of therapeutic innovations enabling sick to relapse.

Rosalie is available for €7.20 in store and €9.50 at the tearoom or partnering brasseries.
