The TSF studios group is creating a set of twelve film studios and sets on the Coulommiers-Voisins airfield in Seine-et-Marne. The project is due to be completed this year, in 2024.

New film studios are being created in the Seine-et-Marne region, more specifically on the Coulommiers-Voisins airfield. The project is the brainchild of the TSF group, a major player in the French film industry, and the ambition of a "little Hollywood".

The project includes 12 film studios and sets, representing 17,000 m² of film sets, 3 hectares of Paris street reproductions and green backdrops. A true reconstruction of Paris will be created, with its Haussmann buildings, café terraces, metro stations... After a green light was given to TSF in 2022, the project is still under construction, but an Airbus A300 cabin has already been used for filming since its arrival on site in August 2021.

These new studios could have significant and interesting economic spin-offs for nearby hotels and restaurants. Thierry de Segonzac, CEO of TSF, has joined forces with Florent Goursat, the future site's director of operations, to bring the project to fruition. A major player in the French and European film industry since its creation in 1979, TSF hopes that the project will appeal to international directors for their next films. Episodes of The Walking Dead were filmed in Coulommiers in November 2023.
