The last few weeks have seen a succession of disruptions on public transport. This Tuesday, December 19, 2023, difficulties were reported on the RER A. Following a serious accident at Auber station,traffic was partially interrupted this Tuesday morning between Charles de Gaulle - Étoile and Nation, in both directions.
Auber, Châtelet-les-Halles and Gare de Lyon stations were therefore inaccessible for a few hours. While RATP expected traffic to resume around 8am, it finally resumed shortly before 9am. However, traffic remains"very disrupted" on the whole of RER line A, warns the Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens.

RATP also invites passengers to use alternative routes, such as metro line 1 or Transilien line L.
Line 14: new works planned, here is the timetable for closures
Bad news for users of line 14 of the Paris metro. While the famous purple line inaugurated its extension to the north and south on June 24, RATP has announced new modernization work starting on Monday, September 9, 2024 and running until December 19 inclusive.
