At last! Holders of a Navigo or Imagine'R pass will be able to use the toilets in Paris stations without paying a cent, thanks to their pass - a relief for many subscribers.
All Navigo and Imagine'R subscribers will no longer have to pay to go to the toilet! Gone are the 50-centime or one-euro payments, and now you'll just need to swipe your card as you would on the metro to access the toilets at Paris stations, as well as at Marne-la-Vallée and Roissy. This new feature has been in place since the beginning of April 2024, and has been requested for many years by users of public transport in the Paris region.

People with a magnetic origin/destination ticket also benefit from this"free" service. This "is in line with our desire to offer even greater comfort and services to passengers in the Paris region, who do not have sanitary facilities on board trains", Île-de-France Mobilités told BFM Paris Île-de-France.

In 2021, the Gare de Lyon experimented with this free service, which has since been extended thanks to an agreement between SNCF and the service provider 2TheLoo, which operates the toilets in Paris stations.
