If you're a fan of good deals and cultural outings, get your diaries ready! On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the Nuit des Musées (Night of the Museums) is back with a new edition packed with exceptional nocturnes, free visits and unusual events. Museums, monuments, castles and fine institutions - many cultural venues are getting in on the act to unveil their programs, which may include free tours, concerts, creative workshops, performances, artist installations, shows and other surprising surprises. The least we can say is that Paris and the whole of the Île-de-France region are in a festive mood for this new edition!
Paris is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The surrounding region is also home to a sublime heritage and beautiful landscapes that are well worth the detour. Today, we're heading for the Val d'Oise, and more specifically the town of Pontoise, home to Carré Patrimoine, the Centre d'Interprétation de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine(CIAP). Here you can learn all about the town's history, from the Impressionists of the 19th century to its evolution and urbanization. So, what does this modern educational space have in store for Nuit de Musées 2024?
Le programme est mis à jour en fonction des annonces officielles.
