The Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace (Air and Space Museum ) welcomes us for a special evening on Saturday, May 18, 2024, to celebrate the Nuit des Musées (Night of the Museums)! Come and discover the museum and explore the Earth as seen from the sky and from space: visits, events and new experiences will take you up high and help you rediscover the hidden beauties of our planet.
In addition to guided tours specially created for the occasion, the museum invites you to take a look at the Planetarium, the simulators and the many collectibles.
Located atParis-Le Bourget airport, Europe's leading business airport, the Musée de l'Air et de l' Espace is one of the world's leading aeronautical museums, thanks to its age and collections. It boasts a remarkable historical heritage: a collection of over 40,000 objects, built up since the early 20th century and protected by the status of Musée de France.
The Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace can thus present its many visitors with around 100 of the 400aircraft in its collections, from the very first aeroplanes to Concorde, via the "Point d'Interrogation" and the Spitfire. The museum also boasts an exceptional collection ofworks of art, models, engravings, toys and ethnographic objects.
