French comedies have a way of putting us in all sorts of situations: this time, we're in for the well-known ordeal of being presented to the in-laws. Just imagine... You're madly in love with a young girl who's as beautiful as a picture, and who suits you like no other. So far, so good.
After proposing to her, she takes you to the dreamy Île de Ré, where her parents are hiding out. But within minutes of your arrival, you spot the penis of your not-so-private father-in-law(Thierry Lhermitte), and start giving him mouth-to-mouth sex (not only that, but he's just fainted).
And so it goes for Julien(Arthur Dupont) and his girlfriend Eva(Déborah François). And that's just the beginning! Because it seems that the presence of this newcomer is disrupting the whole family... And upsets all the more or less sincere ties that bind the protagonists together!
