L'Ecran Pop: Mamma Mia! in giant karaoke cinema returns to the Grand Rex in 2024

Mamma Mia! is back in giant cine-karaoke at the Grand Rex in 2023. The film is scheduled byEcran Pop for several screenings at the Grand Rex on September 21, October 12, November 23 and 29, and December 7, 2024.

Unsurprisingly, at the last Mamma Mia! karaoke screenings, the Grand Rex was sold out. Audiences had indeed turned out in droves to discover the L'Ecran Pop evenings. Some unreserved spectators were even turned away at the entrance, so full was the hall.

For those who haven't heard of L'Ecran Pop, the concept is inspired by the Anglo-Saxon tradition of Sing Along. L'Ecran Pop offers a truly immersive, joyful and sing-along journey around musicals, all in an exceptional venue: the Grand Rex in Paris. In addition to French subtitles, the chosen film is projected with song lyrics in English, just like at karaoke. Audiences can (re)experience the classic musical Mamma Mia! on the big screen, and sing along with karaoke subtitles.

The screening is also preceded by live shows featuring games and challenges! Each spectator will be entitled to a goodie bag containing a number of objects more or less closely linked to the film. Don't hesitate to come dressed as your favorite characters, with your best 70s outfits.

Mamma Mia! is also part of the dance party program launched by Ecran Pop.
