While Paris Le Grand Rex will house this Fall an uncommon and exclusive experience around Blade Runner, Paris Palais des Congrès will also open its doors for the legendary Ridley Scott movie with a unique screening of the movie but as a live concert movie and in its final cut version on Saturday March 21, 2020!
For the youngest, we remind you that Blade Runner was released for the first time on a giant screen in 1982. Science-fiction movie, the film is based in Los Angeles in 2019. Harrison Ford is Rick Deckard, a former policeman who gets back to work to track a group of replicants down, androids created to look like men.
As for the movie’s original soundtrack, it was written by Vangelis, who also composed the soundtracks for Chariots of Fire (Oscar for best soundtrack in 1981), Antarctica and even 1492: Conquest of Paradise. During this exceptional screening at the Palais des Congrès, the original soundtrack will be performed live by The Avex Ensemble.
To discover the final cut version of Blade Runner as a live movie concert at the beautiful venue the Palais des Congrès is, meet on March 21, 2020.
