4DX Festival: Pathé and Gaumont relaunch the immersive experience

The 4DX Festival returns to Pathé and Gaumont cinemas. For those who haven't yet experienced this innovative technology, it's an opportunity to plunge completely into the worlds of the films by awakening all our senses. From August 28 to September 10, 2024, cinephiles can (re)discover four iconic films as part of this captivating festival: Top Gun: Maverick, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Twisters and Sonic 2 the movie, at a single price of €10 and €3 for CinéPass subscribers.

Total immersion in the 4DX experience comes from the cutting-edge technology used in the participating theaters. Not only do the seats move in sync with the on-screen action, they are also combined with sensory effects such as wind, rain, storm, fog, snow and even smells. It's all designed to take viewers on a three-dimensional adventure, putting them right at the heart of the action.

What's more, 4DX seats offer fluid movements that deliver dynamic sensations in tune with the film's flow, whether it's a frantic chase or a more leisurely moment. Thanks to these technologies, spectators can truly feel the emotions and sensations of the characters, intensifying their cinematic experience.
