That year, the number of film shoots in the French capital exploded. In a press release, the City of Paris announced that it had hosted the crews of 102 films and 68 series, for countries all over the world.
The capital is a real movie set and many cult films have been shot there. For several years now, Paris has been a popularlocation for foreign filmmakers, as the city's policy in this regard is extremely well thought out. Paris Film, the office in charge of processing applications, explained that it receives thousands of applications per year. This is a real boost for the city.
In addition, the City of Paris has set up a plan for the ecological transition of filming, aiming to reduce the fleet of technical vehicles and adopt new measures to regulate the use of gener ators in order to reduce their noise and environmental pollution.
