Like the Daryl Dixon series, the movie John Wick: Chapter 4 was mostly shot in the streets of Paris, in the summer of 2021. And after having seen the movie, we can now tell you in which districts of the capital Baba Yaga goes throughout this fourth part. The first Parisian scene that we can see in John Wick 4 takes place in the Jardin du Luxembourg, where we discover Wick's rival, played by Donnie Yen. With an inevitable passage by the Eiffel Tower, to show the spectator that it is indeed the city of Paris.
Later, we meet the main antagonist, played by Bill Skarsgård, in one of the most famous aisles of the Louvre Museum, those of the romantic works, where we can see The Raft of the Medusa and Liberty Guiding the People .
After a few adventures inside the Opéra Garnier, John Wick wanders through the Trocadero district, with a beautiful view of the misty Eiffel Tower, perfect for giving a very menacing air to the scene!
Like many filmmakers before him, Chad Stahelski, at the helm of this fourth opus, turned to an emblematic setting: the fake Porte des Lilas station, which can be found in many films.
In the last third of the film, it's a real festival! John Wick confronts all the assassins of the city and wanders everywhere. In bulk, we pass by the traffic circle of the Etoile, the time of a masterly chase scene, the places of the Tertre and Clichy, where we can see the front of the Moulin Rouge. Finally, the final battle takes place in the Montmartre district, and more precisely, on the 222 steps leading to the Sacré-Coeur.
The film will be released on March 22.
