A season 2 has not yet been confirmed by Netflix for the One Piece series, despite a very good launch, but fans have been able to enjoy another piece of good news. To celebrate the series' release, the platform has decided to offer the first twelve volumes of the manga, which, like the show's first season, cover the entire East Blue saga. It's an opportunity to brush up on your classics or, for those new to the genre, to discover the work behind the number 1 series in 86 countries.

And now, the long-awaited announcement is whether the series will be renewed. According to the latest rumors, the launch figures would be decent, but not staggering either, given the investment. And in any case, announcing a season 2 in the middle of a cast and writers' strike would be a big risk. It's possible that we'll have to wait until the end of the conflict for more precise announcements to be made.
